Friday, — Arrival & Welcome
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Check-In & Welcome (Hospitality Room)
- Arrive at Callaway Gardens Lodge or designated reunion area
- Pick up name tags, reunion shirts, keepsakes, maps of the grounds, and welcome bags
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Welcome & Opening Prayer (by the lake or garden pavilion)
- Host or elder greets everyone
- Group blessing to start the weekend
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Family Fellowship
- At the restaurant
8:00 PM – 9:00 M | Games & Fellowship
- Icebreakers: Family Bingo or “Who’s Who?”
- Kids craft table: make cat ear headbands or paw print art
Day Two
Saturday, Fun Day
8:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Explore Callaway Gardens / Free Time
- Families can visit the Butterfly Center, gardens, or walk the trails
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Picnic Lunch(on your own) & Outdoor Fun
- Picnic by the lake or a garden lawn area
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Explore Callaway Gardens / Free Time

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Legacy Dinner & Program
